Seasonal Series

Evolving Content for Leadership Development

  • Timely Topics for Everyone

The MCE Seasonal Series is offered 3x a year and is intended to provide ongoing professional development without a large investment of time or money. Topics vary every season – some will be applicable to everyone, others may be more specific to leaders or frontline employees.

  • Topics that Relate

This series works well together or as individual courses. Each “season” offers 3 courses, delivered one course a month over 3 months. While it is important to realize the relationship between the 3 courses each season, each one can stand alone. Sign up for one, two or all three!

  • A Full Day of Learning

The MCE Seasonal Series are full-day, virtual workshops. All workshops are interactive, using smart technology to keep participants engaged with the facilitator and other participants. The result is improved retention of knowledge and practical application in your everyday life.

Fostering Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity in your Organization

This full-day course recognizes that diversity alone is not enough; equal attention must be given to creating and cultivating an inclusive and equitable environment. Participants will work with realistic, practical guidelines for creating an inclusive, respectful workplace that addresses some of DEI’s biggest challenges, like unconscious bias and micro inequities. This program provides theory with practical application and experiential learning to help participants understand, and appreciate, the relationship between Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) and mental health.
