Emotional Intelligence Foundations

Develop self-awareness and emotional regulation to lead effectively. This course introduces the core principles of Emotional Intelligence and helps leaders understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours impact their effectiveness and relationships at work.

As a result, leaders are able to respond more thoughtfully in challenging situations and build stronger, more productive relationships with their teams.

Own Your Role as a Leader

Great leadership begins with self-leadership. Participants explore personal leadership values, leadership mindset, and how to lead with authenticity, intention, and accountability. This is also important when moving from a Peer to Leader Relationship.

As a result, leaders are able to step confidently into their leadership role and set clear expectations that strengthen team trust and direction.

Building Trust Through Feedback

Learn how to deliver feedback that strengthens relationships and improves performance. Leaders will practice practical frameworks for giving clear, constructive feedback that builds trust and encourages accountability.

Foundations of an Accountable Leader

Accountability is a cornerstone of effective leadership. This course explores what accountability truly means, how leaders model it, and how to create a culture where individuals take ownership for results.

As a result, leaders are able to foster a culture where expectations are clear and teams take greater ownership for outcomes.

Performance Management Fundamentals

Gain the foundational skills needed to support employee performance and development. Leaders learn how to set clear expectations, monitor performance, and address performance challenges constructively.

As a result, leaders are able to support employee growth while improving consistency and clarity in performance management.

Managing Time, Energy & Priorities

Leadership brings competing demands. This course equips leaders with practical strategies to prioritize effectively, manage their time and energy, and focus on high-impact work.

As a result, leaders are able to focus on high-value work, improve productivity, and reduce reactive decision-making.
