PARTNERSHIP PROFILE: GRIDSMARTCITY
In 2018, GridSmartCity (GSC), a 15-member local distribution cooperative, reached out to MCE to develop a customized and targeted leadership training program.
Four years later, we've partnered on separate leadership training cohorts with GSC, have over 100 graduates, and now offer two customized leadership programs, with a third in the works.

PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM: 'FIVE STARS'
In partnership with PATH, MCE will be providing soft skills/interpersonal skills training to the participants of a new program entitled 'Five Stars'.
'Five Stars' is a restaurant training & empowerment program that is client-focused, innovative, and collaborative. Beginning in May, 'Five Stars' provides on-the-job work experience, training & certifications, mental health support, employability, and life skills.
