Business Development Officer for Halton-Hamilton-Niagara Marci Ruhl

Marci covers the Business Development area of Halton - Hamilton - Niagara.

Marci will primarily be servicing existing clients and seeking new business opportunities while providing support for customized, instructional design. Marci has over 20 years of experience in training design and facilitation.

Marci has been an Instructional Design Specialist with MCE 2015 until she stepped into the BDO role. Her experience in needs analysis, training design, facilitation, and leadership will assist her in helping to understand your organization’s training needs.

Leanna covers the Business Development area of Peel Region - GTA - North & East of Toronto.

Working within a result-driven workspace has allowed Leanna the ability to manage ongoing business development initiatives. Leanna's experience includes consulting with and advising clients regarding organizational development initiatives, training strategies, and solutions as well as creating, developing, and customizing performance improvement solutions to meet clients' needs

Christina Andrew is a Business Development Officer with MCE, responsible for the Greater Niagara region.

Christina is excited to join MCE in a brand-new role that MCE created to identify clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions. Christina has over 16 years experience in Inside Sales and Account Management in various sectors including global retailers, industry-leading Canadian retailers, various Healthcare organizations, global marine, hydropower, vertical pump, oil and gas, and power generation manufacturing. Christina has engaged with a diverse customer base including large national accounts in Canada, international distributors, and small multi-unit business owners.

Christina has been described as meticulous, agile, and a self-driven performer with unparalleled task tenacity. Helping clients achieve their goals is a necessary component of any position that she undertakes!
