Thank you for attending OBOA's Leadership Day on April 4, 2023. The MCE team is grateful for the opportunity to design content for the day, some of which can be downloaded below for reflection.

The OBOA's annual Leadership Day event brings together leaders from the building industry across Ontario for a day of networking and interactive sessions.

On participating on the OBOA Leadership Panel

Cebert Adamson EdD

Vice President, Students, International and Alumni, Mohawk College

"It was a great event with a very frank and open conversation. The panel discussion was quite interesting highlighting many areas that the OBOA seems quite interested in and are fitting given our current environment. The topics provided an opportunity to share various perspectives on these emerging matters which will impact the workplace. The panel members were very open and spoke frankly. I believe they should have more of these types of conversations jointly, but also within their locations."
