Future Ready Leadership Acceleration is an immersive, high-impact leadership acceleration experience designed to challenge your thinking, sharpen your skills, and drive meaningful growth.

Program kick off with is a strategic 2-hour live session where your leader will join you to set the stage for transformation. We’ll introduce the program and launch MCE’s proprietary 360-Degree Feedback Assessment & Coaching Process.

This powerful tool gathers rich insights from multiple perspectives that include your peers, direct reports, and supervisors, giving you a comprehensive, data-driven view of your leadership impact.

Paired with personalized online coaching, these insights will directly shape the content of your four immersive, full-day learning modules, ensuring the program is fully tailored to your unique leadership journey.

Pre-Program Assessment Explained

  • 360 Assessment

    Our 360 assessment is designed to give you a comprehensive view of your leadership performance by collecting feedback from a variety of key perspectives.

    This feedback includes input from yourself, a minimum of 5 direct reports, at least 4 peers, and your leader.

  • Evaluation

    The 360 assessment evaluates 13 senior leadership competencies, like decision-making, communication, and emotional intelligence, to give you a clear view of your strengths and growth areas.

    Built on the principle of rater confidentiality, it encourages honest, unbiased feedback. Every question is designed to deliver objective, trustworthy insights that support your leadership development.

  • Process

    You'll will be responsible for selecting and inviting 'raters' who can offer meaningful insights, those who truly understand your role and impact.

    Once the assessments are completed, we’ll analyze the data and deliver a comprehensive Assessment Feedback Report. This report will help you validate your strengths, uncover blind spots, and identify clear opportunities for growth.

  • Assessment Feedback

    Before your first coaching session, you’ll receive an electronic copy of your assessment feedback.

    This report will also be shared with your coach, ensuring that both of you come prepared to explore the results in depth and make the most of your time together.

  • Coaching

    You’ll be paired with an MCE Accredited Coach for personalized sessions focused on your strengths and growth opportunities from your assessment.

    You’ll also work with an accountability coach to stay on track and ensure consistent progress throughout your development journey.

  • Content & Activities

    Content is built around 360-degree feedback, which serves as the foundation for your personalized learning and development journey. You’ll engage with real-life scenarios and case studies tailored to reflect the challenges you face in your role.

    The sessions are designed to be highly interactive and engaging, encouraging you to actively participate in discussions, collaborate on problem-solving, and take part in hands-on activities.

  • Resources & Applications

    Throughout the program, you’ll gain access to reusable tools and resources designed to support your ongoing development.

    You’ll also engage in practical job assignments that reinforce key concepts and help you apply learning directly to your role.

    Every element of the experience is crafted to deliver meaningful, hands-on learning that sticks.

Post Momentum Phase Explained

  • MCE 360 Degree Pulse Check

    We conduct an MCE 360-Degree Pulse Check after your training.

    This follow-up assessment allows you to track your progress and receive updated feedback from the same colleagues who participated in your initial evaluation.

  • Validate Strengths & Growth Opportunities

    Once the pulse check is complete, we’ll work with you to identify and validate your strengths while uncovering any remaining growth opportunities.

    If you feel you would benefit from additional support, you also have the option to continue working with your MCE Coach to further refine your leadership journey.
