Acceleration is focused on providing Senior-Level leaders with the behaviours and interpersonal capabilities critical for developing the strategic and operational efficiencies that create a lasting leadership legacy throughout an organization. Acceleration is designed for ‘Leaders of Leaders’.
The MCE 360 Degree Feedback Assessment is a feedback process designed to help you enhance your leadership competencies. It focuses on 13 leadership competencies and identifies behaviours that have been identified as leading to success at the senior level of organizations.
Your coach will be the facilitator for the training part of the program. This will ensure alignment between your coaching discussions and the content of the training days. You will also be assigned an Accountability Coach - one of your participant peers to support and guide you during the training days portion of the program. This Accountability Coach will be assigned by the Coach/Facilitator for the program.
MCE will review the collective results of the participants. This will allow MCE to determine themes arising from the 360 Degree Feedback and the training will be customized to these themes.
Pre-Work & Kick-Off Session
Participants are required to draft a case study of current leadership and organizational challenge | Coaching sessions held by facilitator only – one coach/facilitator throughout the program | Facilitator assigns Accountability Coaches – partner pairs that work together, and support one another, throughout the program

Post 360 'Pulse Check' Assessment
360 Assessment is a pulse check – 13 competencies assessed regarding improvement and demonstration.
