Our 360 assessment is designed to give you a comprehensive view of your leadership performance by collecting feedback from a variety of key perspectives.
This feedback includes input from yourself, a minimum of 5 direct reports, at least 4 peers, and your leader.

Evaluation
The 360 assessment evaluates 13 senior leadership competencies, like decision-making, communication, and emotional intelligence, to give you a clear view of your strengths and growth areas.
Built on the principle of rater confidentiality, it encourages honest, unbiased feedback. Every question is designed to deliver objective, trustworthy insights that support your leadership development.

Process
You'll will be responsible for selecting and inviting 'raters' who can offer meaningful insights, those who truly understand your role and impact.
Once the assessments are completed, we’ll analyze the data and deliver a comprehensive Assessment Feedback Report. This report will help you validate your strengths, uncover blind spots, and identify clear opportunities for growth.

Assessment Feedback
Before your first coaching session, you’ll receive an electronic copy of your assessment feedback.
This report will also be shared with your coach, ensuring that both of you come prepared to explore the results in depth and make the most of your time together.

Coaching
You’ll be paired with an MCE Accredited Coach for personalized sessions focused on your strengths and growth opportunities from your assessment.
You’ll also work with an accountability coach to stay on track and ensure consistent progress throughout your development journey.
